Why is this important?
Today's vehicle suspension systems have become complex
part of a modern vehicle. Today, manufacturers strive to make the vehicle as safe as possible, without losing comfort during the drive itself. This led to the fact that we have an increasing number of elastic parts on the suspension system, so it became more and more difficult to make quality diagnostics on the suspension itself.
How will this training improve your work?
Timely and correct diagnosis of the suspension system and individual components, as well as correct measurements and installation of system components.
Training content
Identification and role of components of different types of front and rear suspension, data retrieval, gear adjustment, mounting and replacement of components, different types of shock absorbers.
Theoretical part (30%)
– Identification and familiarization with different types of front and rear suspension;
– Role, mode of operation and diagnostics of all individual components of reliance;
– Usual service procedures and tools for installation / construction of suspension components;
– Proper diagnosis of suspension system failures.
Practical part (70%)
– Identifikacija komponenti sistema koje mogu dovesti do različitih žalbi mušterije (nepravilno trošenje guma, vozilo vuče u stranu, poskakuje, vibrira…)
– Reglaža trapa – uslovi, dokumentacija, tačke podešavanja, procedura;
– Interpretacija vrednosti izmerenih prilikom reglaže;
– Ispitivanje sistema oslanjanja na uređaju za ispitivanje;
– Tipovi, konstrukcija i karakteristike različitih vrsta amortizera.
