What will you learn?

Did you know that there are more than 60 components and assemblies involved in the injection and exhaust system? How to examine each of them and what is the impact of each of them on the complete system?

Why is this important?

With the advent of Common Rail and lift pump technology, diesel engines have taken a dominant position on the car market. Diesel engine technology itself has advanced significantly. Injection systems as well as exhaust gas treatment systems have become very complex. This has come about due to increasingly strict standards for exhaust gases, as well as customer demands for quieter and more fuel-efficient engines.

How will this training improve your work?

Understanding the complete injection system and injection control, will allow you to diagnose and eliminate any problem on the system with the use of appropriate tools and information, after simple measurements.

Training content

Diagnostics of modern diesel engines requires a good knowledge of engine mechanics, fuel supply system, air intake system, exhaust gas system and of course - electronics.
