What will you learn?

Do you know how to recognize, using the electrical diagram of the components, their signals and to conclude what and how to measure in order to perform the necessary diagnostics? Do you know how to measure and diagnose a PWM signal?

Why is this important?

On modern vehicles, it has become impossible to diagnose or repair any system, component or element without a good knowledge of auto-electricity. Virtually all systems on a vehicle are operated, controlled and/or monitored by electrical and electronic components, so a proper fault diagnosis process must begin with system analysis, finding and interpreting electrical schematics, and then measuring electrical quantities.

How will this training improve your work?

After the training, participants are expected to be able to independently perform the necessary measurements using various measuring devices, to read and understand electrical schematics, and to solve most electrical problems on the vehicle with an analytical approach.

Training content

The Basics of Electricity training is designed to provide both beginners and more experienced service technicians with the practical knowledge needed for successful diagnostics and repair of electronic systems, as well as systems that depend on other electrical and electronic elements. Regardless of which systems the service technician is in charge of or specializes in, knowledge of auto electronics is the basis for any serious breakdown and diagnostics.

Theoretical part (30%)
