Although present on vehicles for several decades, the technology of automatic transmissions is constantly advancing and they are becoming more and more sophisticated and complex, and therefore more demanding to repair and maintain.

Replacing an automatic transmission is one of the most expensive interventions on a vehicle, but with appropriate knowledge and good and timely diagnostics, the time and cost of repairs can be significantly reduced. This especially applies to automatic transmissions of the latest generation.

After completing the training, participants will be familiar with new solutions and systems of automatic transmissions, they will be able to overhaul and perform all transmission settings, as well as use different diagnostic methods to find problems on the system.

The training is intended EXCLUSIVELY FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE FIRST PART OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION TRAINING, and who are already familiar with the basic principles of operation and diagnostics of all systems and components on automatic transmissions. The training consists of a minimal theoretical part and almost all of it is intended for practical work. The training includes the disassembly and assembly of various latest generation transmissions, such as the Aisin AW-55-50 (used by at least 10 vehicle manufacturers), the ZF 8HP (probably the most popular transmission in the world at the moment, used by over 20 vehicle manufacturers) and the Aisin AW F8F (the world's first 8-speed automatic transmission for front-wheel drive, used by about 15 of the world's largest vehicle manufacturers). Of course, work is also done on the vehicle with prepared errors, measuring points for electrical and hydraulic measurements.
