What will you learn?

Is it always a sensor problem when the ABS light comes on? How to properly test the hydraulic valve plate of the ABS system? This training will help you answer these questions and many others, enabling you to accurately diagnose and resolve challenges with active security systems.

The active safety system directly affects the handling, stability and braking of the vehicle, which allows the driver to react safely in crisis situations. Through training, you will acquire key skills that will improve your business and efficiency in diagnostics and repair.

How will this training improve your work?

After this training, you will be able to recognize and diagnose faults in braking and safety systems, as well as repair electronic components, including the electric parking brake. Knowledge of the principles of system operation, as well as the physical and electronic characteristics of sensors and actuators, forms the basis for any diagnosis and repair of these systems.

Training content

The training focuses on troubleshooting active safety systems, including measuring and analyzing signals from various sensors and actuators. It also includes testing of the hydraulic brake circuit, brake vacuum servo and diagnostics of brake systems.

Theoretical part (30%)

· Structure and function of the braking system, electronic parking brake.
· Structure and function of ABS, ESP, ASR systems.

Practical part (70%)

· Diagnosis and repair of errors in the brake system.
· Maintenance and repair of ABS, ESP, ASR systems.
· Diagnosis of the electric parking brake and individual components.
· Actuator tests, diagnostics of hydraulic and electrical problems using an oscilloscope.
