Mechanics working in Western Europe and Scandinavia are using part of their vacation to improve their knowledge and attend some of the trainings at the ECAP Training Center.
Especially popular is the Hybrid Vehicle Drive Training which provides mechanics with the knowledge that is required in these countries. The mission of the ECAP Training Center is to provide mechanics with knowledge that will enable them to advance in the profession, improve existing ones or introduce new services as well as be prepared for new challenges and constant changes in the automotive industry.
Zoran Kojić, who has been working in Norway for several years now, has applied for a job at TESLA motors and has been given the opportunity to work for one of the most promising global companies after a recent Hybrid Vehicle Drive Training at the ECAP Training Center. Zoran came to us to thank and say that the certificate he received at ECAP was a significant item in CV. He also said that we helped him a lot, not only with the certificate, but also with the acquired knowledge he used in the job interview and who thrilled people from TESLA motors.
