Dual Clutch Transmissions 2
Duration: 1 working day
Price: 160 €
Overnight stay: 40 € (breakfast included)
* The price includes accompanying literature.
What will you learn?
This traininig is primarily intended for participants who have completed the first part of the DSG transmission course. This training covers transmissions with a dual dry clutch and is designed as a logical continuation of the first course, with emphasis on the system components that differ from those already covered.
Why is this important?
Transmissions with dual dry clutches have, in recent years, become a frequent visitor to workshops, so understanding how they work, as well as knowing the diagnostic procedures, repair, and adjustment methods, is essential to understand their operation, diagnostics, repair, and adjustment procedures.
How will this training improve your work?
Understanding how the system works, combined with timely and accurate diagnostics and successful replacement or adjustment of the relevant components, will make your work more efficient and faster, and your customers more satisfied.
Training content
The training is designed to cover the systems and components that differ from those already familiar from the traninig on dual wet clutch transmissions. The practical part is based on the OAM (DQ200) transimission, which is the most common type in our region. In addition to operating principles, the training focuses on diagnostics, correct disassembly/assembly procedures, adjustment, as well as the most common issues associated with these transmissions.
Theoretical part (30%)
– Construction of the transmission, mechanics, power transmission;
– Design and operating principle of the dual dry clutch;
– Dual clutch components and the method of engaging the input shafts;
– Power flow and activated components by gear;
– Mechatronics, hydraulic subsystems for activating individual components and systems, sensors, solenoids, etc.;
Practical part (70%)
– Disassembly and assembly of the DSG transmission;
– Removal, installation, and adjustment of the dual clutch set;
– Removal and installation of the mechatronic unit;
– Inspection of individual mechatronic components;
– Safe handling of system components under high pressure;
