What will you learn?
What types of batteries are there on HV vehicles. How cells and modules are connected in the HV battery assembly. What parameters and diagnostic procedures should be used for HV battery diagnostics.
Why is this important?
The battery is one of the most sensitive and expensive components of electric vehicles. Knowledge of the operation, structure, parameters and methods of cell balancing is a prerequisite for proper and successful diagnosis of the problem.
How will this training improve your work?
After training, you will be able to diagnose the problem, perform proper system diagnostics, recognize the need to replace the appropriate module, and perform battery module balancing before replacement.
Training content
The training covered different methods of battery diagnostics, the principle of balancing battery cells, as well as practical balancing of high-voltage battery modules before module replacement.
* Certification for level 3, work on high-voltage systems on vehicles, is included in the training
* * The training is intended exclusively for participants who have completed training for hybrid and/or electric vehicles or who already have a level 3 certificate for working with HV systems on vehicles.

– SOC, SOH and internal battery resistance
– Battery performance parameters
– Active and passive cell balancing

– Analysis of the results of balancing modules
