The members of the Motoo service concept were guests of the ECAP school centre at the beginning of July, after almost a year of successful cooperation between the ECAP school centre and the Motoo service concept. The Open Doors Day for the Motoo servicers was set for July 3 and almost 30 servicers from around 15 service centres throughout Serbia answered this invitation. Also, the Motoo concept celebrated its first anniversary of operation in Serbia on this same day and at ECAP.
A large number of guests had already had the opportunity to visit ECAP, when they attended training courses, however a certain number of servicers were also present on this day who got acquainted with this school centre’s offer for the first time.
The formal part of the day began at 10:30 a.m., when the technical coach, Mr. Jakov Peković, addressed the guests wishing them welcome. Presentation was made of the entire school centre facility, its modern equipment, used for trainings as well as of the range of 19 different fields in which course attendants can advance themselves. In continuation the guests had an opportunity to get acquainted with new projects closely related to ECAP. They found out everything about the Call Centre i.e. technical support available to them each working day from 08-16h. Also, a presentation was made to them of a new web page , as well as of the application for smart phones, which they installed on that very day and took part in a quiz giving them an opportunity to win valuable prizes. A presentation was made of the specialised magazine ‘’AUTOservisi’’, intended for servicers and published four times a year, as well as of the independent association of automotive service centres ‘’The Serbian AUTOmotive Service Centres’’, with a basic mission to create better conditions in the field of reinforcing relations among service centre workshops in the automotive spare parts industry. Finally, the manager of the service concept, Mr. Marko Stefanović, addressed the guests thanking them for the shown confidence in the past year, pointing out his pleasure with the cooperation achieved to date.
When the formal part was officially over, guests were able to enjoy a very pleasant atmosphere with served barbecue and beer in front of ECAP, where socialising continued until late in the afternoon. The ECAP team takes this opportunity to thank all guests for contributing to the success of the Open Doors Day by their presence and good mood.
