I’m interestedWhat will you learn?
How to identify and check electronic components? What is the working principle of components and electronic circuits? How does the ECU receive and process signals from different sensors and what is the internal structure of those sensors?
Why is this important?
There is virtually no vehicle system left that does not have some type of electronic control or electronic component. Knowing the basic principles of the operation of such components and electronic circuits facilitates the understanding and therefore the diagnostics of these systems.
How will this training improve your work?
Knowledge of at least basic components and basic electronic circuits on modern vehicles is simply necessary to understand numerous systems that use electronic control. Understanding the principles of operation of such components and circuits enables easier diagnostics by choosing the right measurements on the right components.
Training content
This training is primarily intended for participants who have knowledge and experience in working with electricity and who know basic measurement techniques and work with an oscilloscope. The training is conducted on specially made boards, on which it is possible to make and simulate various electronic circuits with the possibility of easy measurements.
Theoretical part (30%)
– Principle of operation of semiconductor components;
– Various types of diodes;
– Various types of capacitors;
– Various types of transistors.
Practical part (70%)
– Basic measurements in electronic circuits;
– Making electronic circuits;
– Simulation of CAN and LIN bus communication electronic circuits;
– Measurements and analysis of parameters of electronic circuits;
– Development of electronic tools and simulators.
